Seatrekking
Explore the coastal environment of Skopelos and Alonnisos at your own pace!
Seatekking is an increasingly popular activity which combines hiking and coastal open-water swimming. Seatrekking marries the principles of “Leave No Trace” and beach hopping. This unique combination allows participants to access remote beaches, sea caves and virgin coves around Skopelos and Alonnisos Islands in a way which is otherwise impossible to experience, all whilst discovering marine and coastal life.
You can learn more about this activity from our friends at the Watch the Sea association.
Open-water swimming
Open-water swimming is the ideal exercise to support one’s overall well-being whilst connecting with the marine environment. Dance with the colourful fish, follow the curtains of light bouncing off the rocks and into the depths, or simply challenge yourself by building your endurance. There’s no better way to take advantage of the pristine water quality of the Northern Sporades than taking the plunge!
